1.Aupair Tax Save hereinafter referred to as the Service is an administration and advisory facility only. Please note that the Service is not an agent of Ofsted or any other Government Agency nor do we claim to be so.

2.By completing and signing our application form, you consent for us to use your information to apply for the Voluntary Registration of your Au pair, Nanny or Mothers Help and to pay us our fees as set out on our terms of service.

3.You also warrant us that the information you provide would be true to the best of your knowledge and we cannot be held liable for any act of omission or commission which leads to a rejection of your application for voluntary registration.

4 We cannot guarantee that all applications made through us will be successful as the decision to grant the registration is solely the responsibility of Ofsted. Where an application is rejected, we will not refund initial administration fees charged however this charge will be waived should you subsequently wish to register another candidate.

5.We endeavour to provide our service in a timely manner and we have given a reasonable time frame to do so, however we cannot be held responsible for any undue delays where these are occasioned by third parties over whom we have no control.

6. As the Au pair/Mothers Help/Nanny is the subject of the voluntary registration, we cannot be held liable should the said Au pair/Mothers Help/Nanny decide to leave your employment earlier than you may have agreed. We will not be able to refund our Administration fee in these circumstances other than as per condition (4) above.

We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protect personal privacy. Au pairtaxsave.co.uk will like to affirm that this privacy statement incorporates the provisions of the Data Protection Act of the United Kingdom 1998 and for all intents and purposes is the jurisdictional authority/statute for any issues arising thereof.We will provide information to third parties with your express permission and only so far as necessary to provide the service which you have instructed us to do. Any information you provide to us  will be securely kept and not used for any unlawful purpose such as to promote other businesses.
